Welcome

I am delighted to welcome you to Dell Primary School and to our vibrant, caring school community. At Dell, our core values of Respect, Passion, Collaboration, Integrity, and Ambition shape every aspect of school life. We believe every child brings something special to our community, and we are dedicated to helping each pupil grow, succeed, and feel proud of who they are.
Our school is a place where children are encouraged to work together, learn from one another, and develop the skills they need to thrive. We nurture ambition by motivating pupils to aim high, challenge themselves, and build the confidence to achieve their goals. Integrity plays a key role in everything we do, as we support children in taking responsibility for their learning, their choices, and their role within our wider school family.
We make sure that every achievement, big or small, is recognised and celebrated. Whether it’s progress in the classroom, improved confidence, or personal success, we ensure pupils feel valued for their hard work and determination. Celebrating these moments helps to build motivation, pride, and a strong sense of belonging.
Our curriculum is designed to be rich, engaging, and full of opportunities for children to broaden their experiences. Through a wide variety of clubs, trips, events, and hands-on learning, pupils are encouraged to explore their interests and discover new passions. From creative arts and sports to curriculum-linked visits and real-world experiences, we aim to make learning exciting, meaningful, and memorable.
Our dedicated staff team work closely together to create a warm, inclusive environment where every child feels safe, supported, and inspired. We value the strong relationships we build with families and believe that by working in partnership, we can ensure the very best for every child. The positive atmosphere at Dell is something we are incredibly proud of—every pupil is known, cared for, and encouraged to shine.
We look forward to welcoming you into our Dell community.
